Cigar Taxes:

Paying of taxes for orders shipped outside of Oregon is the responsibility of the purchaser.  If you live in Oregon and buy untaxed tobacco products in the state of Oregon, you are responsible for paying the tax for Oregon; whether you are a business or have purchased the tobacco products for personal use. Tradesmen Cigar is required by Oregon law to collect Oregon’s Cigar Tax on behalf of the state and submit quarterly reports and payment of the same.  As of 1 Jan 2021 the current rates for Oregon residents are:

• Cigars – $1.00 per cigar

• All other tobacco products – 65 percent of the wholesale sales price.

Do We Ship outside the United States?

YES – We currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom as well as all 50 states across the United States.  We can ship to other countries such as Australia and New Zealand and some EU countries by special request if allowed by the country. Email sales@tradesmencigar.com with questions.

Free Shipping to US customers

Any order over $150 will receive free shipping. We will also ship free to any active duty military serving overseas using an APO/FPO military address.
