Cigar Taxes:

Paying of taxes for orders shipped outside of Oregon is the responsibility of the purchaser.  If you live in Oregon and buy untaxed tobacco products in the state of Oregon, you are responsible for paying the tax for Oregon; whether you are a business or have purchased the tobacco products for personal use. Tradesmen Cigar is required by Oregon law to collect Oregon’s Cigar Tax on behalf of the state and submit quarterly reports and payment of the same.  As of 1 Jan 2021 the current rates for Oregon residents are:

• Cigars – $1.00 per cigar
• All other tobacco products – 65 percent of the wholesale sales price.

Do We Ship outside the United States?

YES – We currently ship to Canada and the United Kingdom as well as most states across the United States. Some states do not allow delivery of tobacco and we do not ship to those states.  Email sales@tradesmencigar.com with questions.

Free Shipping to US customers

Any order over $200 will have the option for free shipping. We will also ship free to any active duty military serving overseas using an APO/FPO military address.
