You can be assured Tradesmen Cigar will not sell your information with any other company.  We just want to create cigars you will love to smoke and share.

In order to process your purchases and have them shipped directly to you, certain pieces of information you provide us such as name, address, and email are shared with other software accounts Tradesmen Cigar owns. Without this, we would not be able to send your order to you. We do not share this information with anyone that is not required in order for us to fill your orders. We have never and will never sell any of your personal information to any 3rd party so they can harass you with annoying calls or emails. That wouldn’t be nice.

Tradesmen Cigar does not maintain any of our customer’s financial data. All payments are made through 3rd party payment systems that use the highest levels of encryption and security available. We never see your financial information and have no access it.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

• Send you information about your account and order
• Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Set up your account for our store
• Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
• Improve our store offerings

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.

We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
