The Meteor cutter by Lotus is made to impress. It fits securely in your hands and the independent blades mean it can operate in double or single action. The quality spring loaded locking mechanism releases the blades and the back only allows 1/8 inch to be cut on each pass so you don’t over cut your cap. This thing cuts cigars up to a 64 ring gauge.
