Tradesmen Cigar will only ship our cigars to people who are able to prove they are over 21. Age verification through agechecker.net is required prior to checkout.

Our products are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The rate you pay for shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders under 1 lb. are generally sent USPS First Class, and orders over 1lb. are generally sent USPS Parcel Select. These services  provide a tracking number and allow your orders to reach you within 1-5 days of being shipped, depending on where you are located. We reserve the right to use any shipping service that we think is best to get your orders to you at a reasonable time and in good condition.

We take care in packaging each order to ensure it makes it to you in good condition. Once we deliver a package to our shipping partner it is out of our control and is the responsibility of the carrier. For packages damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier. Tradesmen Cigar will not be responsible for any orders lost or damaged by the carrier.
